Earl Salvey and Keith Wallace, the firm’s principals, are active in daily operations. The firm was established in 1981 by the merger of two firms, Vanderwal, Hall & Co., P.S. and Frumenti and Lander. Both firms had been practicing for about ten years. Keith Wallace became a principal in May 1986, and the firm was renamed Frumenti, Lander & Wallace, P.S.
