Ryan joined the firm in January 2008. He graduated from the University of Arizona
with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in
Accounting and earned his Certified Public Accountant license in February of 2010. Ryan is a
Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and our resident blogger.
His areas of expertise are business and
individual income tax planning and preparation, financial statement
preparation, tax research, bookkeeping, QuickBooks support, and audit advocacy.
Ryan sits on the board of directors and serves as Treasurer of the New Day Community Dental Clinic, a nonprofit dental clinic in Vancouver. He is an active member of the AICPA, WSCPA, the Rotary Club of Greater Clark County, Vancouver Round Table, Clark County Business Development Group, Young Professionals of Vancouver, Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Woodland Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Presenters' Club. He also teaches financial literacy through the WSCPA's 360 Degrees of Financial Literacy program. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and four dogs, hiking, snowboarding, brewing classy beer, and playing video games.
